H Series Dryer Desiccant Dryer

H-Series

Ingersoll-Rand's heat-of-compression dryers are dual tower, desiccant designs utilizing the waste heat developed by an air compressor, during the compression process for the regeneration of moisture saturated desiccant.

Immense energy savings are achieved using heat-of-compression to operate a dry compressed air system with instrument quality air available at all times.

Features

  • Energy Savings

The H-Series, heat-of-compression dryer, is the most efficient regnerative dryer available. Using the heat of compression for regeneration, the H-Series dryer operates on minimum electricity consumption - less than that of a light bulb!

  • Exceptional Dewpoints

The H-Series design delivers Instrument Quality Air with dewpoints better than those produced by refrigerated dryers.

  • Low Pressure Drop

Pressure drop is a serious concern and a real cost. H-Series dryers are designed to minimize this cost. All valves are full flow design and a minimum number of elbows are used to keep pressure loss to a minimum.

  • System Flexibility

The H-Series design allows multiple compressors to be matched to one dryer enhancing system flexibility.

  • Complete Dryer Solution

The H-Series dryers are fully packaged, complete systems, including aftercooler, moisture separator, drain traps and an afterfilter. All components, including block and bypass valves, are mounted on the H-Series dryer skid resulting in a compact package and reduced installation costs.
