Standard Packages

 

  • All of the following components are mounted, piped, and wired on a structural steel, concrete filled, subbase.
  • Three stage, double acting, water-cooled compressor.
  • Compressor sheave.
  • Inlet filter/silencer.
  • Open dripproof (IP23) 400/3/50 motor.
  • V-Belt drive: motor sheave, bushing, and V-Belts.
  • V-Belt guard in accordance with OSHA requirements.
  • Intellisys control panel with full voltage 400 volt or star-delta starter in IP54 enclosure.
  • Interstage and discharge solenoid blowdown valves.
  • IP54 wiring.
  • Inlet control valve for two step, load/unload operation.
  • Discharge check valve.
  • Water-cooled intercoolers with condensate separators and automatic drain valves.
  • Water-cooled aftercooler with condensate separator and automatic drain valve.
  • Cooling water piping with thermostatic control valves and solenoid operated shutoff valve.

 

High Pressure Refrigerated Dryer Module

  • All of the following components are mounted and piped on a structural steel subbase.
  • Air-cooled refrigerated air dryer.
  • 1 micron dryer pre-filter.
  • 0,01 micron dryer after-filter.
  • 450 liter vertical air receiver.
  • Electric timed automatic drain valves for the filters and receiver.
  • Interconnecting piping.
  • 1 meter shipped loose pipe to connect the compressor package to the dryer module.
